Is pickup really free?

Yes—pickup is free for qualifying calls.

Your total depends on the service needed (not the pickup itself), such as:

- Where the vehicle is going (distance / destination)

- Vehicle type and condition (drivable vs. disabled)

- Service type (flatbed, wheel-lift, winch-out, roadside)

- Time and access conditions (after-hours, tight garages, soft ground)

What documents do I need to sell my car?

For most towing calls, you don’t need a title or “sale” paperwork. In most cases, we just need to confirm you’re authorized to release the vehicle and tell us where it’s going.

If you’re the owner, a valid photo ID is usually enough. If you’re not the owner (family member, employee, or friend), we may ask for proof you have permission to authorize the tow, depending on the situation and pickup location.

If the vehicle is being picked up from a tow yard, impound, apartment complex, or any restricted property, the location may require additional paperwork or authorization before release. We’ll tell you exactly what’s needed once we know the pickup address.

For abandoned vehicles, we can’t tow without proper legal authorization. Check local rules or contact the property owner/authorities to confirm the correct process.

When do you pay me, and how?

Payment is due at the time of service. Depending on the call, we may collect payment before dispatch or when the truck arrives. We accept common payment methods such as credit/debit and approved digital payments (when available). You’ll receive the total upfront before we begin, and if anything changes on-site (vehicle condition or access), we confirm any adjustment with you first. No hidden fees—everything is explained before the tow starts.

What happens during the pickup?

On the day of service, our driver will contact you when they’re on the way and confirm the ETA. When the truck arrives, we’ll quickly verify the vehicle and the pickup location, then choose the safest loading method (flatbed or wheel-lift). If the vehicle is accessible, we’ll hook up, secure it properly, and load it—this usually takes just a few minutes. If keys are available, we’ll request them; if not, tell us in advance so we can plan accordingly. Once the vehicle is secured, we transport it to your requested destination and confirm drop-off.

Can I cancel or change my mind?

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel your pickup as long as you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. If you need to make changes, contact us with your pickup details and we’ll update your appointment. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to limited availability or a cancellation fee depending on the dispatch status.

What happens after you pick up my car?

After pickup, your vehicle is towed to the destination you request (home, repair shop, dealership, or another approved location). Once delivery is completed, we confirm drop-off and can provide a service receipt with the basic details of the tow.

In most cases, you don’t need to do anything else. We recommend removing personal belongings before the tow and making sure the drop-off location can receive the vehicle (shop hours, gate access, parking restrictions). If the vehicle is being picked up or delivered to a restricted location (impound lot, gated community, private garage), the property may require additional authorization—if that applies, we’ll let you know before dispatch.
